Hey there, I'm Izzul – a product designer with brand design flair currently creating accessible products for startups and public services

Originally from Malaysia, I studied electrical engineering in University of Sheffield but have been designing since I was 11. After graduated, I began my career as a UI designer and transitioned to product design. I've been dedicated to building products for startups, medium sized companies and public services for the past 5 years.

I believe in using tech and design as tools for good. That’s why I’m committed to helping businesses create long-lasting impact, work that outlives me. One of those projects is Majlisku.com, a digital wedding invite platform I co-founded with my brother. We've helped over 10,000 Malaysian couples manage their guest lists with ease.

Outside of product work, I find joy in making design content on TikTok, redesigning nostalgic brands as my creative outlet. And when I’m fully off the clock, you’ll probably find me hiking, walking in nature, or getting humbled by bosses in Elden Ring.

People perceive pleasing aesthetic design to be more usable and reliable. I believe investing time to make people feel good using your product can go a miles way to win their hearts and well, engagement.

Collaborate to create

I aim to form strong partnerships with clients and founders, leveraging shared visions and diverse perspectives to pave way for groundbreaking solutions and produce something everyone can be proud of.

Work that is never perfect

I believe in setting up hypothesis, asking the right questions and getting products into hands of customers as soon as possible for testing will set up for incremental wins along the way. There is no failure, only learning.
